Scope: Company Inter-Merger HR Campaign combining Corporate Identity, Branding and Unification(Employee Benefits Announcement Postcard)
Mission: Design internal employee benefits campaign launch during company merger of two leading international game distributors.
Key Insight: The inspiration for this piece was the creative convergence of two cultures and corporate styles engendered by the merger of Activision and Blizzard, both world-class, online game developers, with uniquely contrasting company images and imagery. Employing the artistry of outrageous game characters from the two companies' game best-sellers, Brofsky Design infused stand out illustration with copy that employed humor and irony to inform employees of the changes to their benefits packages and help them through the merger in a fun and memorable fashion.
